Job Description (“Role”):

You will be involved in the operation of Google’s sales and business development in Indonesia. As Google Industry Manager, you will be providing advertising solutions for consumers and businesses in the Tech and Consumer Goods Packaging vertical. This work is a mix of finding and managing new customer and business relationships that already exist. Working closely with the Head of Industry to develop Google’s marketplace, you will combine a tendency for the industry and demonstrate fluency in the language of the media with strong presentation and communication skills. You will have a relationship with clients and agencies, targeting, educating and developing new clients to develop business in the un-penetrated region. This means you have a client-service skills and good relationships with entrepreneurial drive to approach and persuade new customers and existing ones with a large, multi-faceted proposition.
The new target travel and Packaging Consumer Goods customers and develop strong relationships with clients and their marketing agency services.
Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plan, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
Collaborate and consult with key customers in order to expand relationships, increase your client base and agencies and optimize their ad spending.
Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share knowledge with customers and to serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences.
Champion new product releases, internal and external.

Requirements:
BA / BSc degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
Solid media experience, better online, with a good understanding of the search.
Strong sales and deal-closing behavior. Substantial experience in business development, client relations and service skills, and consultative sales, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
Established network of contacts and considerable sales experience in Travel or Consumer Package Goods sector.
Strong ability to mentor account managers in an effort to encourage their performance.
Strong knowledge of Google products such as AdWords.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian.
